Meet Brad

Brad Davis is the Owner and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Enchanted Lands, REALTORS®, a New Mexico real estate brokerage with offices in Roswell, Artesia, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Clovis, and Ruidoso. Licensed since 2007, Brad’s goal is simple: create a real estate experience that inspires confidence and joy, driven by service that is clear, responsive, and client-focused. Brad combines business strategy with real-world transaction insight. He believes real estate is about more than property; it’s about supporting the life clients are building. From first-time buyers to move-up sellers and relocations, Brad’s approach is designed to help clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process. Brad has earned multiple sales awards and has helped grow the company into a multi-office brokerage. Brad holds a Master’s degree in Business. Outside of real estate, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking, music, travel, and time with his three children.
