Meet Bill

My purpose is simple: turn property into possibility for every client I serve. After 37 years of calling Roswell home—and serving on more civic, charitable, and professional boards than I can list—I’ve learned that thriving communities start with confident homeowners. I became a Realtor® in 2005, and since then I’ve guided families, farmers, and investors through thousands of transactions, earning recognition as one of New Mexico’s top brokers. Before real estate, I spent 25 years building and running dairies, gaining deep knowledge in agriculture, water rights, and ranching across the Pecos Valley. I hold a Business Management degree (with a real estate twist) from Arizona State University, but my real education comes from listening hard, negotiating fair, and celebrating success alongside my clients. When I’m not helping others stake their claim in Roswell’s future, you’ll find me navigating the peaceful intracoastal waterways of the Pacific Northwest.
